1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for The App Founder Bootcamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for the bootcamp.

3. Bootcamp Access

Upon successful registration, you will receive access to the live bootcamp sessions scheduled for February 19-21, 2026 at 7PM each evening. Access details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Founder Pass holders will receive lifetime access to bootcamp replays and bonus materials as described in the product offering.

4. Attendance and Participation

While we encourage full participation in all live sessions, we understand scheduling conflicts may arise. Recorded sessions are available only to Founder Pass holders.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and internet connection to participate in the online bootcamp.

5. Intellectual Property

All bootcamp materials, including but not limited to presentations, recordings, templates, and resources, are the intellectual property of Black Diamond Informative and are protected by copyright law.

You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any bootcamp materials without express written permission.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we provide comprehensive training and guidance, we make no guarantees regarding the success of your app or the income you may generate. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors.

Any earnings or success stories shared are not typical and should not be considered as guarantees of your results.

7. Limitation of Liability

Black Diamond Informative and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the bootcamp or use of bootcamp materials.

8. Changes to Schedule or Content

We reserve the right to modify the bootcamp schedule, content, or format if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during all bootcamp sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct, without refund.
